Residential Home Inspection
Our comprehensive residential home inspection is performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice established by InterNACHI. We evaluate the major systems and components of the home—including roofing, structure, exterior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and interior—to provide a clear understanding of the property’s condition. You’ll receive a detailed report with photos and straightforward explanations outlining the current condition of the entire home.

Pool & Spa Inspection
Accessible components including the structure, equipment, visible plumbing, and safety features are visually inspected for defects, leaks, and maintenance concerns. Detailed findings and recommendations are provided.
Available as an add-on to a full home inspection or as a standalone limited inspection service.

Infrared Thermography
Infrared thermography is included at no additional cost with every home inspection. Thermal imaging technology may help identify hidden concerns such as moisture intrusion, insulation deficiencies, air leaks, and overheating electrical components that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection.

Functional Flow Testing
Functional flow testing evaluates the water system’s ability to provide a consistent and usable water supply at accessible fixtures. Flow rate and basic system performance observations may help identify concerns such as low pressure, restricted flow, pump issues, or inconsistent water delivery.
Available as an add-on service for homes with private well systems.

Radon Testing
Radon, a leading cause of lung cancer, occurs naturally and can be present in one out of 15 homes at dangerous levels. Surgeon General and EPA recommend testing all houses. Professional radon testing helps determine if unsafe levels are present so decisions can be made regarding mitigation and indoor air quality.

Asbestos Testing
Asbestos testing involves collecting samples of suspected materials for laboratory analysis to help determine whether asbestos-containing materials may be present. Testing may help support informed decisions prior to renovation, repair, or disturbance of older building materials.
This is not an EPA-certified asbestos inspection or survey. Sampling and laboratory analysis available as an add-on service.
